How do I get the best try-on result?
Use one full-length photo: plain wall, even light, arms slightly away from your body, one person in frame, head to toe visible. A clean base photo is the difference between a look you share and a look you retake.
What happens to my photo?
It lives on your device. When you render a look, the photo makes one encrypted round trip to generate the image, and it is never stored on our servers, never used to train anything, and never seen by anyone. Details in the privacy policy.
How many looks do I get?
Your first look is free. Plus includes 100 looks each calendar month, and scene restages do not count against your allowance.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, then choose FITCHECK and cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription; Apple manages all billing.
I switched phones. Where is my Plus?
Your subscription follows your Apple ID. Open FITCHECK on the new phone and tap Restore Purchases on the paywall.
How do I delete my data?
Everything lives on your device, so you are always in control. Delete individual pieces and looks inside the app, or delete the app to remove everything at once. There is no account to close because we never made you create one.
